This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of Alto’s website, content, materials, and any related digital assets (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

License Grant

Alto grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes only, in accordance with this Agreement.

This license does not grant ownership of any intellectual property or proprietary rights.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display content without written permission

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Services

• Use the Services for unlawful, misleading, or competitive purposes

• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices

Any unauthorised use may result in suspension or termination of access.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, and materials are owned by or licensed to Alto and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in this Agreement grants you rights to use Alto’s intellectual property beyond the limited license expressly provided.
